We help small businesses build intentional brands through strategic marketing, thoughtful design, and creative solutions that inspire lasting growth.
Our story
We started LORA Collective because we believe small businesses deserve the same level of strategic thinking as the biggest brands while preserving the personal connection that makes them unique. As bilingual Latina founders, we understand what it means to want to be seen, understood, and represented, not only culturally but personally and through your brand.
Our story began in college, where we met while studying marketing. After graduation, our paths took us in different directions. One of us immersed ourselves in the creative world, refining a passion for branding and design, while the other built a career in law, gaining a strong foundation in strategy, business, and operations.
Today, those paths come together at LORA Collective, a boutique marketing and design agency where creativity meets strategy. We combine thoughtful design, intentional marketing, and a business-minded approach to help brands build meaningful connections and grow with confidence.
Because great brands aren’t built by chance. They’re built with intention.

Dara Arroyo Longoria
Strategy Director
Dara has always lived at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Marketing was the rare place where both could exist together, and that instinct for the bigger picture has stayed at the center of how she works ever since.
She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Strategies at UNCW, where she met Fatima. That same instinct eventually led her to law school. She became a licensed attorney, practicing immigration law and representing people to make sure their stories were told in immigration court.
At LORA, she brings that same care to brands: helping them be understood and represented authentically, not just seen.
Fatima Morales Vera
Creative Director
Fatima has always been drawn to the thought behind things: the details, the intention, and what makes something feel uniquely its own.
That attention to detail has always been part of how she sees the world, and it's what eventually led her to graphic design and branding.
At LORA, Fatima loves taking ideas that are sometimes messy, half-formed, or difficult to put into words and turning them into something visual, tangible, and uniquely theirs. Her work is intentional, clean, and thoughtful, with plenty of room for creativity along the way.
She believes the best brands aren't just designed to look good. They're designed to feel like someone.
